Emerald Highlands Motel

This motel was a solid choice, with a spacious room and a great location. The staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay comfortable. A dirty air conditioner filter needed attention, and the step into the bathroom posed a trip hazard, but overall, I enjoyed my visit.

Comforts of well-appointed and nice modern standard queen room with a king size bed were fabulous.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

Had great stay for an one night stop over on our long road trip and the weather was pleasant. This hotel was set in a central area so close to hospital, woolworths & maraboon tavern and a supermarket. It also was to the shopping centre.

The hotel was deluxe, the staff were efficient and excellent, located in a quiet street close to a bowling club, restaurant, and a hospital just as I expected.

Everything was modern, good service, peaceful location just next door to Emerald, Qld as well as the trolley. In general, I liked my great modern and beautifully maintained room with all the usual basics for making a cuppa. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were available...

The triple room here had all the essentials for making tea and a modern bathroom.

The staff was very polite and the setting was great and handy. The rooms with good decor, a King size bed plus a new bathroom.

Staying here over New Year's was a decent experience. The location is seriously convenient-close to the hospital, a pub, and fast food spots like KFC and McDonald's. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated getting an early check-in. But man, it was noisy! Kids running around and dogs barking all night made it hard to relax.

This hotel has a welcoming family vibe and offers spacious family rooms with a comfortable king-size bed.

The team provided excellent service. there is convenient on-site parking. the location is ideal, situated next to the Maraboon Tavern, which offers great meals, and there's a nearby Asian restaurant that delivers to your door.

This hotel provided a convenient and peaceful location, tidy rooms with efficient air conditioning, and competitive prices for our stay.

The room at Highlands Motel was recently refurbished and spotlessly clean. The tiled floors gave a sense of cleanliness and the bed was comfortable. The motel's location was convenient for walking to nearby amenities and the hospital. The air conditioning and built-in desk allowed me to work comfortably in the room. The motel also provided excellent wifi, a bonus for streaming without any issues. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Although the walls were thin and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, the management promptly addressed the issue when I brought it to their attention. the pool was not heated, made swimming uncomfortable.

This hotel provided great value for money, with spacious and comfortable rooms including a King size bed and all the basic amenities you need, such as air conditioning and facilities for making a cup of tea or coffee. The staff were attentive to detail and the location was quiet but still convenient, with a good pub just across the road and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plus, breakfast was delicious!
